Preparation & Fulfillment

Founder’s Kits are prepared Monday–Saturday after your order is placed. Please allow time for your kit to be packed before pickup, delivery, or shipping.

First-batch quantities are limited while Onyx & Jade Tea Company builds inventory, collects feedback, and improves the customer experience.

Steeping suggestion:
Use 1–2 teaspoons per 12 oz cup. Steep in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Adjust strength to taste.
