Prepare and strain your tea first, then add honey according to taste. Beginning with approximately one teaspoon per 12 oz cup gives you enough sweetness to round the tea without immediately covering the character of the blend.

Use it with Daily Tea, Night Tea, or any Onyx & Jade tea when you want a smoother, naturally sweet cup.
